Payments

All payments must be completed before your order is processed and shipped. Please see below for a list of all accepted payment methods.

Processing Time & Cutoff: We are committed to processing orders promptly.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on a Friday, or at any time on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, will be shipped on the next business day.
Business Days: Our operational business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Order Confirmation: Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Carriers: Domestic orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Available carriers and service levels are displayed during checkout based on the destination and order.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the carrier and service level selected.
Special Note for Florida Shipments: Shipments to destinations within Florida may be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the shipping service selected or available for the order. Ground shipments within Florida typically have an estimated transit time of approximately 1–2 business days.
Estimated Transit Times: Transit times begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates vary depending on the service selected, destination, carrier operations, weekends, holidays, weather, and other factors outside of our control.

International Carrier: International shipments are sent via DHL unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
International Delivery Times: International delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, local delivery operations, and the DHL service available for the destination. Any delivery estimate provided at checkout is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Customs & Import Processing: International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import requirements, duties, taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities. Customs processing may extend the delivery time beyond the original carrier estimate.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered can legally be imported into their destination country and for complying with applicable local import requirements.
Duties, Taxes & Fees: Unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout, any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country or carrier are the responsibility of the recipient.

Carrier Transit Times: All transit and delivery times shown on our website, at checkout, in order confirmation emails, or in the chart above are estimates provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed.
Carrier Delays: Once a shipment has been accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another applicable carrier, transit and delivery are controlled by that carrier. Delays may occur due to weather, mechanical issues, transportation disruptions, customs processing, holidays, high package volumes, incorrect routing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Selecting an expedited service affects the carrier’s anticipated transit time and does not alter our stated order-processing cutoff or processing schedule.

Weekend delivery availability depends on the carrier, destination, and specific shipping service.
USPS services may include Saturday delivery depending on the destination and service.
Ground services may include Saturday delivery in eligible areas.
Expedited UPS and FedEx services should not be assumed to include weekend delivery unless the applicable carrier specifically provides weekend delivery for the shipment.
International weekend delivery availability varies by destination and DHL service.
A weekend or holiday occurring during transit may affect the actual delivery date.

A tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched.
Tracking information may not become active immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation for tracking information to appear or update in the carrier’s system.
Once tracking becomes active, the carrier’s tracking page should be used for the most current shipment status and estimated delivery information.

Delayed Orders: Carrier delays can occasionally occur after a shipment leaves our facility. If your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please review the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Lost Shipments: If a package is believed to have been lost in transit, we will follow the applicable claim, investigation, and resolution procedures of USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or the carrier responsible for the shipment.
Carrier investigations and claims may require a waiting period before a shipment can officially be considered lost.
Please contact our support team if you require assistance regarding a significantly delayed or potentially lost shipment.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or packages delivered to an incorrect address when the address provided with the order was incorrect or incomplete.
Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify or redirect the delivery address.

A package marked as delivered by the applicable carrier will generally be considered delivered to the shipping address provided with the order.
If tracking shows that your shipment was delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check the delivery area, household members, mailroom, front desk, property management office, or nearby secure locations before contacting support.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact the applicable carrier and our support team so the shipment can be reviewed.
