These terms apply to the Welltide Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying, you agree to them. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Who can join
- You have a Welltide account with at least one paid order.
- You are at least 21 years old and able to enter this agreement.
- We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion.
2. How you earn
- Approved affiliates get a referral link and a personal coupon code that gives customers 10% off.
- You earn commission on paid orders placed through your link (tracked for 30 days after a click) or with your code. If someone clicks more than one affiliate link, the most recent one gets the credit.
- Commission is calculated on the order value, excluding shipping, tax and discounts.
- Your rate depends on your tier: Starter 5%, Pro 15% or Elite 25%. We place affiliates in tiers and may review them.
- There is no commission on your own orders, or on orders that are refunded, charged back, cancelled or fraudulent. Commission on a refunded order is reversed.
- Your code cannot be combined with other discounts.
3. How you are paid
- Payouts are made monthly by PayPal once your unpaid balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
- Keep a valid PayPal email in your affiliate account. We are not responsible for payments sent to an address you gave us.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may ask for tax information (for example, a W-9) before paying you.
4. How you may promote Welltide
Welltide products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use. Everything you publish about Welltide must reflect this.
You must:
- Describe products only as research compounds for laboratory use.
- Clearly disclose that you earn a commission, for example: “I earn a commission if you buy through my link.”
- Follow the law and the rules of every platform you use.
You must not:
- Claim or imply that any product treats, cures, prevents or improves any condition, or that it is safe or effective for people or animals.
- Give or suggest dosing, injection, administration or “protocol” advice, or share personal-use or before-and-after stories.
- Make medical, weight-loss, bodybuilding or anti-aging claims, or use imagery that suggests human use.
- Target or appeal to anyone under 21.
- Send spam, run misleading ads, or bid on “Welltide” or its misspellings in paid search.
- Post your code on coupon or deal sites, or present yourself as Welltide or its staff.
- Use our name, logo or product photos in a misleading way.
5. Breaking these terms
If you break these terms or harm Welltide’ reputation or business relationships, we may withhold or reverse commission, deactivate your code and end your participation at any time. Commission earned through prohibited promotion is forfeited.
6. Changes
We may change these terms, commission rates or the Program, or end it, by updating this page or emailing you. If you keep promoting Welltide after a change, you accept it. You can leave the Program at any time.
7. Our relationship
You are an independent affiliate, not an employee, partner or agent of Welltide.
